Silversonic is the first of a two-boat order from Queensland tourist operator Quicksilver Connections. At 28 metres LOA, the first specialist dive boat is already in service operating daily dive cruises out of Port Douglas to Quicksilver’s pontoon on Agincourt Reef, taking up to 130 passengers exploring the abundant marine life of Australia’s Great Barrier Reef.

Silversonic has a top speed of 31 knots and great stability, being fitted with a Maritime Dynamics interceptor ride control system, which in various forms feature on most NWBS vessels.
